User-centered design

User-centered design is a way to approach the development of the interactive projects (software, websites, web application web and interactive devices) that are centered in the quality of the user experience.

This methodology assures that the interactive products that we produce are useful, usable and desirable. As a result, they adjust the user’s needs, produce results with the same effort and are pleasant to use.

User-centered design:

• It is more cost-effective because it reduces development costs (what is developed is very carefully thought-out and proven)
• It means a competitive advantage because the resulting products are easier to use, more efficient and the users are more satisfied and therefore they become more attached to the product.

How do we do it?

• Using techniques and tools that that allow us to gather information about how the users are and their behavior.
• Designing taking into account the business objectives of our client and the user’s needs.
• And finally having the users test our products.
