In 2005, Xperience Consulting faced this challenge to make the Principality de Asturias website. The objectives were very clear from the start, to make a website easy to use and close to the citizens; with a direct and clear language away from the tedious administrative language; short and simple text that is easy to read and to have the most interesting information “handy”. All the important information had to be accessible in three clicks and all the contents of greater relevance for citizens had to be shown in a clear and accessible way in the homepage.
