In our sample we invite a wide variety of real users of the researched website. We invite them just when they arrive and we ask them to collaborate in order to improve the web service once they have finished their visit.
With this type of study we will know which are the most frequent actions users perform on the webpage; the level of efficiency and satisfaction as well as the participants’ direct suggestions to improve the site
With this information we will know how to adjust the website’s content (position on the screen, menus, promotions, etc.) to facilitate access to users, depending on their needs.; in conclusion we aim to improve their interactive experience.
