The personas are detailed descriptions of a website users (or application) and its objectives. It brings about a real person to create the product for; it goes beyond to just think about the potential users.
It will help us on one hand to combine the real user’s objectives with the business objectives, and on the other it increases the possibilities of success, since it focuses on the design based on real users´ needs.
Through a series of interviews the personas from a website or application are profiled. We retrieve information such as:
