This study allows us to know how users look for specific information related to your business.

It would be interesting for you to know:

  • How do users reach your web or your product or service page?
  • Do they go directly to a specific web or do they use search engines?
  • Do they use social networks or comparison sites to find what they are looking for? Which are they?
  • How many sites do they visit before they choose the one with the information they look for?
  • Why do they choose one site or another?

The information gathered in this analysis will show how user remember and recognize our brand, which is our position against the competitors and which words are used to find a product which can be very helpful in the SEO and SEM definitions.

We use a broad sample of users to pose a user scenario (for example, look for a car insurance); they are given a blank browser to start the process.
