Javier Darriba

Partner and General Director

He holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the University of Barcelona, an MBA from Esade Business School and is specialized in Internet strategy by the University of Chicago.

He has more than 10 years of experience in design and interface web development. Before embarking in the creation and launching of Xperience Consulting, he developed his career as a business consultant in Asepeyo and Kristina Internet Business Solutions. He is a professor of usability in several universities. Among his multiple hobbies he highlights reading, Paddle and Yoga.

Alfonso de la Nuez

Partner, International Business Development

He holds a Bachelor degree of ‘International Business' from San José State University. Has more than 12 years of experience in design and web interface development. His professional career has always been linked to the internet, as Project Manager y Consultant in Dell Computer, Icon Medialab and Kristina Internet Business Solutions.

He is a Usability and Interactive Marketing Professor in several institutes and universities. Besides seeing the birth of companies such as Netscape, Yahoo! and eBay during his 5 year stay in San Jose, he enjoyed a sports scholarship and played basketball in the NCAA university league

Xavier Mestres

Partner

MBA from Esade Business School.

He has over 10 years of experience in the field of usability and user experience. Online research specialist. Manages our software development team. He has worked with many national and international clients such as Google, Yahoo, eBay, IBM, Monster, Sol Melia and PayPal, among others. Collaborates as a teacher and lecturer.

Management

Sara López

Director of the Office in Madrid

She holds a Bachelor degree in Political Sciences and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid. Sara has been working in the Internet from 1999 in pioneering portals such as Demasiado.com, briefly in Eresmas.com and Ya.com.

She has been based her work in the usability field creating interactive products (webs, intranets, mobile interfaces, etc) and carrying out tests with users.

In Xperience she leads user focused design projects in which the consultancy user experience intertwines with the tests, convinced that this is the best way to accomplish quality products.

When she grows up she would like to be a little like Donald Norman and of course not because of the beard. ;)
